You get interested in the most trivial things --- it not something I'm focused on at all. I say: let Vietnam sleep (including all the chickenhawks who claim to have supported the war... but who, in reality, did everything they could to avoid it, and only 'supported it' at a very safe distance.).

As to 'what he admitted to', I think you are remembering it incorrectly....
