Doesnt appear to be any hurry to jack up rates. I say .25 by year end. Doomers must be disappointed

Maybe the market would prefer to be told explicitly... I'm not sure that anything "new" was delivered so the question is whether this "news" is fully baked into price or not. So far its not playing out quite the way some expected I suspect. I doubt I will put any new capital to work here on the long side with only a few minutes left...
