I just watched the entire press conference by the Swiftboat Veterans for Truth on CSPAN. swiftvets.com Those men waited thirty years to tell the truth, that they did not rape, pillage, plunder, or mistreat civilians, and I heard the ring of truth in their voices. There is a line which, if crossed, destroys your personal integrity, perhaps forever. If you cross that line, it's your personal choice, and the aftermath is yours to deal with. But you don't have the right to destroy the integrity of other people.

Then review the photos of 9/11 and reread the recent history of Saddam Hussein's brutality." Dont lecture me Mike. I was at the WTC on 9/11, remember. What those US soldiers did was minor given the other examples. Hell if these folks were terrorists and this yielded results, i would be for it. Hows that. But it was not and it became a joke and nothing more than internet porn. And most importantly it hurts us in the eyes of arabs who may have tipped to our side. Al quada came out for the reelection of Bush because he is there best recruiting tool. They will use this event as an example of that. And this admin will not take responsibility. Lets blame the bad apples, those dislocated reservists without chain of command who were involved with private MI services. Was Tanya Harding the female in the picture? mike
