They don't look great, but the reality is that INTC has started an upswing. as has DELL. They might end here... but for now, benefit of the doubt says up. Although that is a tricky little stealth bear flag forming on INTC just above a major swing low. Inside bar today to boot... setting up a short if todays low is broken.

Maybe DELL guiding up simply means that DELL is getting a larger part of a shrinking pie. Could explain INTC.

never said INTC could not go up..the semis on P&F are the most oversold BP of all sectors..coming into buy territotry...when that BP reverses up i'll triple down long on the markets...
