What I find ironic is that we have the 9/11 commission complaining, along with about 90% of the liberals on this thread, that the intelligence community didn't connect the dots. Yet when speculation is put forward, it's shot down.

What we can't concieve of is the most powerful nation on earth with the most extensive intelligence resources on earth being outwitted by a small mideastern country's dictator.... We have no trouble beieving he could outwit Bush.
