Don't change the argument, Dipy...

We are NOT talking about causalities. We are talking about Unilateral invasion of another country by the Clinton administration.

When we invaded Bosnia, the US did NOT have UN approval nor did it have congressional approval. Also, who do you think provides a majority of the troops for NATO? BTW, there were NO coalition partners for Bosnia and Kosovo...it was unilateral action.

Dipy, Bosnia and Kosovo were a fight against second world countries, not a third world backwater, so it should have been tougher. But we had a much smarter President back in that war. George Bush only knows how to put as many people at risk as possible, as he can't discern the nuances of a situation and act accordingly.
