All we can do is make sure heads roll as soon as possible.

That can and will happen much faster in the military justice system.

Interesting on-going poll by Army Times shows over 60% of our military personnel believe both the individual perps and their unit commanders are liable. I agree.

The individuals are liable for their own actions.
The unit commanders (even if not directly involved) were derelict in the performance of their duty to properly supervise the men and women under their command.

If these particular prisoners actually had information and were being tortured in order to get that information, it might be worth talking about, but that's not the case.
