I do not see us intervening at will, as if we had not gone to great lengths to make a case and recruit allies on Iraq, nor do I see us imposing dictators at all, not even at our convenience. When was the last time we imposed a dictator? Is it even clear that we ever imposed a dictator, rather than taking sides in an internal dispute, where we considered one of the parties the lesser evil?
