I cannot find any emotional posts on your part when they showed the charred bodies of our fellow Americans strung up on a bridge after being dragged through the streets. There is a reason people feel this is a political reaction in OUR country. Many of our fellow Americans were dead silent when they witnessed atrocities committed upon ourselves...That is terrible. Its you who is trying to make this partisan so you can assure yourself that its not that bad. Well, it is that bad.......deal with it!

In NO WAY am I attempting to defend the actions by a select few Americans in that prison, but I thought you might find it interesting to learn a fact. The ABUSE you witnessed is EXCEPT FOR THE NAKEDNESS the EXACT ABUSE used in TRAINING our pilots to resist torture by the enemy. A friend of mine who observed the Iraqi standing on a box with wires protruding commented to me, he was surprised the SIZE of the box. HE had to stand on a tin can. Also, being blindfolded they would tell OUR TRAINEES if they could jump across this creek they would be GRADUATED from the program. Trouble was, there was no creek there was a SOLID WALL in front. hehe. SURPRISE!! Anyhow, I suspect what we have witnessed came RIGHT OUT of our OWN TRAINING MANUALS, save the naked part. jdn
