This torture was institutionalized. You are not reading the news. The orders to torture them came from the CIA and the US military, institutions of the US. Quit taking refuge behind the troops. We all know that soldiers carry out the orders of the superiors startin with the President on down. That is why so many people are outraged at Bush and not on the soldier in the street. I am sorry to see your inability to comprehend the issue that you would scurry to take refuge behind "support our troops."
