I believe you are wrong on that. They consider the Al Queda foreign fighters as terrorists.

The prisoners in the news I believe are Iraqis and the administration has said they are being treated as POW's, with violations being handled accordingly. Again, I'm not defending this, but just stating my view of the process.

I'm not as dogmatic as you are so I may be wrong on that, but that's the version I read and heard on the news.

In any event, I don't see anything that says

the Bush administration pretended that all Iraqi's were terrorists
