Well, you can infer from the fact that Disney did not pull the plug on making the movie that they should have decided to distribute it for financial reasons , but that's not at all the same as having a contractual obligation to do so.

And if you know what's going on at Disney right now, they're getting much more than $6 million in good publicity for refusing to distribute Moore's movie.

And he's getting a fortune in good publicity, too.

Win-win, it appears to me.
