What relation, if any, do the chains of command of the Army, Military Intelligence, and CIA have to each other?

Assuming the Military Intelligence Branch involved was Army, they share a chain of command beginning most likely at Division level and up. Let's call it a crossover point.

There is no common link or crossover point in the chains of command between the military and the CIA.
