Without the cooperation of various European and Middle Eastern countries, if only to grant flyover rights,
there won't be any new war.

For example, how could we have gotten our military into Northern Iraq without the covert cooperation of Jordan?

Further, at the present time, is state sponsorship of Al Qaeda in the cards? If so, which country to you see sponsoring the next 9/11?
