As I read your message, I see that it contains very little in the way of information or value. You seem to have taken a page from Coulter, with her one-fact-per-chapter surrounded by sarcasm and insults. Since people like you only understand insults etc, I'll keep it short, bozo. Islam's hierarchy is not flat. Muslims are free to choose who they listen to (unlike Catholics who are bound to whichever joe the red club decides to elect). Clerics can 'earn' their way into positions of respect and authority, which in turn earns them a wider audience and more say in things like religious rulings. If you choose to ignore this fact, fine, but that's just another example of you ignoring reality. Many Muslims are angry at America because of their support of Israel, which they see as murdering their Muslim brothers. You conveniently ignore that fact, and seem to only see when Christians are killed. In fact, the kill ratio between Palestinians and Israelis is 3 to 1. Palestinians see Israel as an occupying force, and believe that fighting them is akin to a war for indepedence. Bozo Laden has twisted that into a war on America, essentially attempting to export the conflict from Palestine to the rest of the world. He has claimed it is for religious reasons, and every Muslim should fight. Very few Muslims have actually taken up his cause, percentage wise. No major religious leaders in Islam have taken up his cause. It is NOT a war of Islam vs Christianity; it is a war of an evil man who is attempting to hijack his religion to gain support for his hate. Read the above once more, slowly if necessary. That's it. It's not a jihad unless we turn it into one by giving the rest of the Muslim world reason to believe it is. Say, by attacking nations that had nothing to do with the attack. By justifying it with lies. By losing what credibility we have by being as repressive as the previous dictators. THAT is the danger we face. Bozo Laden is winning, because Bush is playing right into his hands. We are powerless to fix our course until we throw the bum out. People like you are the kind that start World Wars. Short sighted, misinformed, hateful of what you don't understand. I'd pity you if it wasn't for the fact that you're gonna get me and my family killed.
