I dont get it. There is a war going on and they are trying to kill us. So instead of killing people we are "arresting" them. 70-90% are not guilty of anything. But without Iraqi leadership, is there a war going on or not.? Trying to be apolitical. You've got your Type A personalities [leaders] and your type B personalities [followers or passive]. You are looking for the Iraqi Type A personalities to take control. During the Saddam regime, the Type A personalities either supported and joined Saddam or they opposed Saddam. Saddam killed off the Type A personalities that opposed him. Perhaps it is time for the organizations involved to set new rules for dealing with terrorists of the modern kind. You mean they should allow kicking in the testicles, threats of rape against mothers and wives of detainees, strapping detainees to hoods of running vehicles resulting in burning of the chest, face, arms and legs, forcing detainees to stand hooded [restricting breathing] in 122F temperatures?
