Anybody familiar with the honesty of the Bush administration will not even believe the possibly 100 million decrease of anticipated deficit until they see it. We can expect that a "sudden" increase of reported governmental spending on the war to eliminate all the bad guys of the Middle East(except Sharon), will appear after the election.
