For example; If Bush is so convinced that the Arab world need a democracy as a beacon for the Arab world, why not building a Palestinan democracy. I know it sounds absurd, but so are the current plans.


Somewhat less so, as the Palestinians do have a strong nucleus of people who really want democratic reforms, backed by a majority in the polls. But it would require a regime change, which the Pals, like all the Arabs, seem unable to do on their own, ever.
