I am already seeing some excuses like he was in the wrong place at the wrong time...He had been warned to leave, etc.

It may not have the impact it would have had if done within America.

That is why I fear we may need to take more hits before we really get fighting mad.

It sets up a stark contrast between what we do when we don't live up to our values (investigation, prosecution, and punishment of the guily) and what they do;


But c2, they weren't failing to live up to their values. Killing infidels, those are their values.
