Your "solution" shows that you have no idea what you're talking about. The number one reason for rising health care cost has to do with the rising insurance premiums paid by the health care industry, mostly doctors and hospitals.

I'm curious, have you always been this way or have you recently suffered a head injury?

First, cut the trial lawyers off at the knees. That will reduce the cost of health care by billions.

Then, tell drug and medical equipment companies to stop producing new, miracle diagnostic tools and treatments for cancer and other diseases, because we don't want to pay for them. We'd rather save the expense and simply die.
