housing deflation?...when rates start rising housing inflation picksup as the chase gets goin in ernest....seen it all before....my builder friend who was young when the rates started to rise last time....he was all fearful of a decline in his business.....i told him at the time that rising rates would spur his business....he now thinks im a genius.....he lives in a mansion now

You must still see solid demand coming out of MA to catch the low rates....?
