Spending cuts must come from many places, including finally doing something about the tremendous corporate and agricultural welfare plus the outrageous cost of health care. We also do need to raise taxes on the rich back to Clinton levels. SDI and nukes are on the block. All the old Cold War stuff that is overkill or doesn't work. Plus going after tax cheats and closing down tax havens and loopholes. Put it all together and you could save 400 billion a year.
