the debt is also without much meaning without value added analysis.

in early 1980's it was considered that if short rates would ever fall bellow 2% that would be THE END.

Gotcha tippet. Thanks for clearing that up. So as prices increase, so does debt. But eventually debt cannot keep pace and its time for the pain for Joe6Pack.
