Not any such thing or person, 4. no part I'm not sure Nick Berg's family agrees with you. Those perpetrators have birthplaces, residences and passports. If they are not the citizens of a nation and they are not indiscriminately selecting exposed US citizens to perform acts of war against, as a proxy for war against America and Americans, then what are they?
