these people get the philadelphia inquirer. they will cover the prison,, editorial last sunday called for Rumy resignation. Mr Berg situation was probably in back pages.

IMO, the reason they are concentrating on the prison torture is because that is what caused the beheading. We are in Iraq, we take Iraqi prisoners in their land. Detain them in the same prison that Saddam used and torture them the Saddam way. In the end what do you expect. Isn't it going to be the same hatred that they have towards Saddam that they would have towards the US since all thinks are the same. Saddam must be laughing his butt off.

I think the Berg story has been adequately covered. After all it was only one person.

I think it is disingenuous for right wingers to concentrate so much on one guy, one event. Hundreds of Iraqi's were killed in Falujja and it barely got a mention.

Most right wingers would fight tooth and nail against any universal government medical coverage. Yet because of a lack of it many uninsured die everyday more horrible cancer deaths than Berg did. Thats right in the US. Where's the concern there?
