Nah, Saddam isn't having much fun these days. It's Osama Bin Laden (anyone remember him?) who is ROFLHAO. His plans succeeded beyond his wildest imagination ... he's actually got US forces fighting in muslim holy cities.

The only downside for Osama is that Bush is unlikely to get re-elected.
