That kind of story was pretty common when I lived up there, Anacostia was one big killing ground.

If I got outraged everytime something like that happened I'd be one big seething ball of anger, my blood pressure would be off the charts.

The angry and outraged people should talk to their doctors, maybe get some Xanax, it's not healthy to always be in a state of emotional turmoil.
