Well, sell all your stocks and bonds and buy RE. The only investment that never goes down. Or so they tell me.

If that is down that may mean higher rates and I did not think that was your outlook or did you mean market down yields down?

Hmmm, Zeev thinks stocks have bottomed and are going much higher...

Heinz thinks Gold has bottomed and is going much higher....

EVERYONE (except me) thinks crude is going much higher

MZM and Monetary Free Base ARE at rising.

Could be we get one more massive liquidity induced blast where everything goes parabolic, before it all drops into the $hitter.....(hopefully in time for Erection Day, but we'll see)....
