What is the first derivative of the the deficit graph? Better yet - what is the second derivative??

Deficits may be our single biggest problem going forward, that and energy. because of the deficits we won't be able to invest on a lot of good things and we'll have to really grind it out for some tough years. Bush will really be leaving Kerry with a mess.
