that is a spando obviously and you can see the implications....but the spando im talking about can only be seen on the dow monththly chart...fan out the 2 lines from the month of may 1999

Chip McVickar: Thanks, but I am particularly interested in seeing Don's expando from 1983. I am having trouble drawing it. (Using semi-log charts)

EDIT: I've been drawing expanding triangles (megaphones) for decades. I just don't see the one Don is speaking of.
