one minor note: install the "IE View for Windows" extension, after installing Mozilla, for the rare web page that will only work with Internet Explorer. You can get this extension at ieview.mozdev.org

Hi Mike. Question, if I use firefox do I need to remove IE from my machine? Is it possible to keep both browsers on the machine while I give firefox a trial run? BTW, I used to love Netscape.......Thanks

Michael or anyone. I just realized I have never backed up my bookmarks since I started running Mozilla's Firefox. I can't figure out where they are stored. Using Firefox's help section, it says they are stored here:

On Windows XP/2000, the path is usually %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.xxx\, where xxx is a random string of 3 characters. Just browse to C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ and the rest should be obvious.

I can find the Mozilla\Firefox\ directories in AppData, but they are empty. any suggestions?
