Neo, We have a good Mayor, finally, and I trust him to handle most things. When he says he needs a bill passed, I give him the benefit of the doubt unless I know better. But voters are apathetic. I guess they agree with one of my old professors, "the great thing about America is that you don't HAVE to vote." BTW, I'm always against a lot of these "rock the vote" and "register the retards" campaigns. The voting should be left to those who care enough to do it. But I am totally in favor of removing impediments to votings.
