Thanks TC, I've done some surfing and seems the software may be buggy. I found lots of complaints similar to mine. I guess I got a $50 lesson with this one :-). Im going back to regular Norton Anti-virus 2004 which I never had a problem with, but after having a firewall would like to use something else. What is the consensus here on personal firewalls, good, bad? I looked on Langa's site and saw several recommended, but would like to hear some first hand experience. TIA

I am turned off on Norton. Received Norton SW 2004 for Christmas and it is still sitting on my desk uninstalled. I don't think one needs all of the stuff on SW when using XP, and AVG works just fine for me, haven't had a virus for about 2 years since switching from Norton.

Agree ZA Pro does the job without a hassle and you don't need to be more than an intermediate user to maximize effectiveness. If more computer users would keep it simple they would have less problems than I constantly read on the threads.
