"No one has learned anything" I highly doubt that. For example, especially after these past four months, I've learned only too well why you counciled us to "sell half on the double". I hear those words ringing in my head every time I look at the poor, the downtrodden, huddled masses that now populate my portfolio. I did do that to some extent, but not as much as I should have. After you watch a double get to even and then to half, the wisdom of the words seem to increase proportionately. I hope you're just kidding about that being your last post, but if you're no longer posting because Shield Gold/Wildcat is consuming all of your time, then more power to you! Vaya con dios, Paul

This will be my last post on silicon investor. Bad for us, good for SI owners (cache). Now, did you have any quantifiable amount of sucking up that we should do to get you to stay? EC - Your departure is our loss IMO -- perhaps you could find the wherewithall to come back and give us a 'farewell tour' post or two when gold takes out $500, there would have to be some "I told you so" satisfaction in that
