E, It is very easy to "airbrush" nipples into the dress. I can easily do it with Photoshop. All that is needed is a photo of sombody else's chest, and superimpose it on the dress. The black makes it easier. I suspect that is what was done, as the degree of translucency doesn't look right. I am not saying that pic is faked, but it can easily be done to look just like that. I took a picture of my grandson next to a life size cardboard cutout of Steve the alligator guy that was in a shopping mall, and pasted into a jungle scene after some touch up, and I can "prove" that he was there with Steve, complete with their shadows on the ground that matches the background shadows. And I did that just for fun. Del
