Insider compensation? I have gone through the audited and unaudited reports, both annual and interim, on Sedar, and can find no mention anywhere of RK's compensation. There is no mention of her salary, stock options, warrants, anything. There is also no mention of any compensation for her husband (what does he do again?) or any other executive member or board member. Are Dimethaid not required by law to disclose the above information? This is a public company, is it not? I'd like to know what their various salaries and stock options are. Did they give themselves a "performance bonus" in 2003? Did they give themselves "incentive bonuses" in 2003? This is highly irregular and needs to be addressed. JMHO, S&P
