Shortly? - but not likely. Please tell me how your logic is correct? Europe in a no growth state due to the value of the Euro and the wide application of your left wing type policies. If Europe was ever to get going the price would be even higher. The only thing that effects the price of oil - as long as it is priced in $ on the world market is demand.
