Alydar, it wouldn't be meaningless to Larry Ellison.

Oracle should consider a small quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share. Larry Ellison would probably receive enough cash to fund his lifestyle. Therefore, Larry wouldn't have to sell as many shares to do the same. Oracle would probably still be accumulating greater than $1.4 billion per year to fund acquisitions before stock repurchases.
