Remember what one of the Generals on the Joint Chiefs said in an interview last year that the Constitution wouldn't survive another terrorist attack and that he believed Marshall Law would be put in place in the wake of another large terrorist attack.

Yes that was general Franks in an interview he gave to Cigar Aficionado (he's a cigar lover) December 2003 issue. I went out and bought that issue.
