On flow of informaion - is there much censorship in Brazil ?

Note that Brazil has Embarder (sp ?) aircraft design and manufacture, and Petrolas Brasil, which has deep water capability.

When looking at these lists, there is a tendency to grade one's one country much harder than other countries.
