JDN, Yup, now that Bush has totally screwed up Iraq, he's inviting all nations to come in and help bail him out. Sounds like an engraved invitation to a GI Party. If you have a choice, you reply "regrets."

Yeah, all the UN nations warned Bush the big poo poo head. He didn't listen and now he wants them to bail us out?
