If it were my machine, this is what I'd try (disclaimer-I have been known to render any machine I have owned inoperable).

I couldn't find out anything about the OfferApp other than a couple of mentions in hijackthis logs. Do you know what it is? Also, the Kcast.exe appears to be a beta program. Were you having problems before installing it? The rest of these things running are not needed. You might consider unloading them from startup. You can look up info about each at:
