If it were my machine, this is what I'd try (disclaimer-I have been known to render any machine I have owned inoperable). I couldn't find out anything about the OfferApp other than a couple of mentions in hijackthis logs. Do you know what it is? Also, the Kcast.exe appears to be a beta program. Were you having problems before installing it? The rest of these things running are not needed. You might consider unloading them from startup.
