Israel has treated the Palestinians better than the other Muslim countries. False. For example, Jordan has treated the Palestinians very well, much better than Israel has. The Queen of the Jordan is Palestinian. Could you imagine the leader of Israel marrying a Palestinians? LOL! Israel doesn't even allow Jews to marry Arabs. Why won't other Muslim countries give these Pals a home? Answer: They don't want them. Even if correct, what does this have to do with Israel? Tom

The truth is the extremists on both sides are winning. The Hamas extremists want to provoke the Israelis with bombs. The Israelis oblige them by bulldozing indiscriminately and firing rockets into crowds. Sharon wanted to goad Hamas and he did by visiting the Muslim shrine with Israeli troops immediately after he was elected and encouraging settlements in Arab territories. The extremists here support their sides, usually stupidly and blindly. A few of us support the moderates, in their quest for peace.
