Kerry's really not too likeable IMO... There was a CBS/NYT poll taken the last week of April on likability. GWB +57% Kerry +48% Must be a kernel of truth there. Unfortunately for Kerry, he has a dour look about him, much like Nixon. A long face and not attractive to the camera. IMO, this is why there are so many photo ops of him skiing, biking, riding his Harley etc. They are struggling to soften his image. But, as all of us know (except the Movie/TV/Media crowd), what you are born with is what you keep to the end. What makes it worse for kerry is that his wife is not attractive either. In this country "looks" are everything. I don't agree but all one has to do is turn on any news channel and you can view the proof.
