Too late for number one. Invasion already happened. At this point no other choice but to stick it out otherwise the actions of burning civilians alive, kidnappings, videotaping killings of kidnapped civilians and other uncivilized practices are rewarded. Don't forget that in Bin Laden's declaration of War against the U.S. he said that based on Vietnam and Mogadishu pullouts, it will be easy to conquer the U.S. All it takes is a few body bags and Al Quaida will get everything it wants. I refuse to worship at a Mosque or bow down and worship Bin Laden to save my own life. Don't know about you.
