I still cannot imagine the trial of Saddam. IMO it will turn out to be the trial against United States of America. His French lawyer will put Rumsfeld & Co. on the top spot and with public opinion shifting much faster in Iraq their view than in Serbia where they already want Milosevic back, the judges and prosecutors will have to be granted political asylum in US in the case guy is found guilty as charged. The prosecution will have more than a hard time as the WMD were supplied by US, Rumsfeld himself, Saddam was so humane that he even destroyed what Americans gave to him to continue war with Iran, so they could fund "contras" by selling weapons to Iran. As the WMD were to be found only in imagination of the people who left Iraq and spread false info which media around the globe was using as the propaganda tools, all other accusations might as well turn out nothing more than American pro-war fabricated propaganda.
