the beheadings and terrorist bombings of innocents is understandable

Something can be understandable without being desirable or even allowable.

Attempts to modify events that are not understood lead to random changes.

I think my main concern is the direction that this president is obviously taking America. There is no checks or balances and secrecy is the norm in this administration. Runaway inflation is already occurring in many area of the economy. The tax cut did not help those of us in middle income America. They only raised our medical insurance, gouged us on prescriptions, fuel and grocery items for a start. Bush has no concern for us or the next generation by pushing huge amounts of the USD into circulation and indebting us by trillions of dollars to stave off inflation. We will have to pay the piper for his tune. You realize that of course.

The FED is painting a false economy and you can not find anything that he has done that hasn't blown up in our faces.

I was mistaken about you from how you responded. It appears that you are listening and paying attention to the downward spiral that we are really in. The Congress has so much infighting that I have lost hope that they will take any meaningful progress. We will just have to experience how we lived during the depression. I see no way out of it and we will end up with a corporate America and no middle class. We will see soup lines again, imo.
