"Since that isn't what I said" You said we should stop buying oil from the middle east. That will hurt them, whether you think so or not. I think the leaders that allow the hateful teaching would step it up a bit, and you think they would become our friends. "If the US supplied 100% of it's own energy" The demos won't allow that. "the Middle East wouldn't 'starve' at all " It would take a HUGE hit. If you don't think so you are dumber than I thought. "1) Our national security would greatly improve." Why does it bother you that we don't push more product out to the world than we take in? I think that our $ help other nations we trade with. Like most of the selfish people who are against our position, you don't seem to care about the plight of other nations. Eff 'em, right?
