the way Intel has been mismanaged since Jerry Sanders caused them to throw up on every decision since 1999, it would probably be in Intel's best interests if all the yahoos on the board went home.

Wow Moore has so much he sends a TON to charity. And Amy still cries the argument that he and others that are rich beyond (almost) compare would FLEE Intel if not given these incentives. What a joke!!!

First of all, Gordon Moore never had an option on Intel stock in his life.
And second, he's retired, so I guess he already FLED, LOL!

The fact that Gordon Moore still has a substantial position in intel both directly and through his foundation is a good thing from the standpoint of corportate governance.
