It looks like they saw your chart and the low in the bookings line and extrapolated the start of the cycle from there (2001). It seems to me that if I was going to choose only one data point for the low it would be billings, not bookings. As we can see, billings we're still depressed well into 2003.

As always, thanks for your charts, G. They have been a great resource for many of us as we ponder the future for the SCE sector.
